Honest answers to the questions parents ask

Will they actually fit my kid's winter boots?
If your kid's boot is in the US-size range above, yes. The stretch harness fits around rounded toes and chunky winter soles. If a size doesn't fit, we exchange within 14 days.
Are they too aggressive for sidewalks?
No. The spike plates sit under the ball of the foot and heel — same bite as a trail-runner studded shoe. Kids walk normally; they just stop slipping.
What if they wear them inside the house or school?
The spikes point down and out, so they don't contact flat indoor floors the way loose spikes do. Still — we recommend taking them off at the door; a quick slip-off takes 5 seconds.
How fast can we get them?
Orders before 2 PM Mountain Time ship same day from Calgary. Most of Canada receives in 2 – 5 business days. We ship Canada-wide.
What's your return policy?
Within 14 days of the shipping date, a refund or exchange. After 14 days, an exchange or gift-card credit only. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. See full policy.
