Buyers are responsible for shipping and handling fees.
Carefully package your item, ideally in the same packing that we used to ship it to you along with its packaging materials. We advise that you send the items with your order details confirmation shipment invoice, tracking and signature required in case of loss. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.
For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached.
All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.
